Dear valued customer,

Firstly we would like to thank you for considering for your mobility needs, we all appreciate the opportunity to serve you.

To avoid any confusion and to make your lives easier we encourage you to read the brief selection of important information below. Please, we do not except the ever popular excuse of "Nobody Told Me That" if it is written bellow and you chose not to read it.

Delivery & Collection

All mobility equipment is delivered free to your designated Hotel Bell Desk, simply give them your name upon arrival and the equipment will be handed over, please return your equipment to the Bell Desk at the Hotel where you received your equipment at the end of your rental. You can pre arrange return at an alternative hotel. Additional charges will apply if you leave your returned equipment at any different location without informing us before your arranged return date and time

If your scooter isn't working/moving

This can usually be rectified in seconds.
At the rear of the scooter you will see either a RED or YELLOW lever, this lever when moved up or down or front to rear (models vary) will disengage and engage the drive motor. For the scooter to run the lever needs to be firmly engaged in the drive position. If the lever is not in the drive position the scooter will roll freely when pushed and it will not run. It is very important for you to remember that if this lever is moved at any time when the scooter is switched on, the scooter will not run. Switch it off to reset the scooter
Check the scooter is still not plugged into the charger, the scooter will not run if the charger wire is connected to the scooter
The scooter may not have been charged correctly, you will need to charge it for at least 5 hours if the battery is reading flat.

Charging your scooter

Your scooter must be charged every night to ensure maximum performance the following day, this can be done in your hotel room for your convenience. We recommend when stopping for a lengthy period of time to charge your scooter, there are many outlets in the Hotels/Casinos for you to do this. It can take up to 8 hours to fully charge your scooter when the batteries are flat so please manage your power to get the best out of your scooter.

Meet & Greet

Should you require a demonstration on how to use and disassemble your scooter rental, we can arrange for a representative of Yellow Scooters to give you full instruction on how to operate and take care of your rental scooter, there is a small charge of $25.00 for this personalized service. We offer this service 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.

If it rains

It very rarely rains in Nevada but if in the event it does rain you must keep your scooter controls dry. If your scooter gets wet it may stop running and you will have to push it back to your Hotel. We will replace your scooter subject to a $50 exchange fee plus the cost of repairing the scooter. It is your sole responsibility to keep your scooter controls dry.

Caution when moving or lifting

You are advised when lifting any of our equipment to take caution, this includes but not restricted to items such as batteries, chairs, baskets and scooter parts. Anyone attempting to lift any of our equipment should at all times adopt correct lifting practices to prevent injury, loss or damage. We cannot accept any responsibility for any injury, loss or damage caused by incorrect lifting or loading of any of our equipment. We advise that at all times you have someone to assist you when lifting or loading our equipment and you do not attempt any lifting or loading if you are unsure you are fully able to do so.

Extending or early return of equipment

You are welcome to extend or end your rental at any time. Extensions need to be booked at least 24 hours before you are due to return your equipment. You will pay our daily rate plus $9 administration. If you are extending your rental within 24 hours of the end of your rental period this will be considered a new rental and you will be charged our last minute rental rates, it pays to plan ahead and we appreciate your help.

Early return of your rental can be at any time with no additional charges however we do not refund for unused rental days.


You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your rental is due to start and receive a refund minus a $25 fee to cover expenses incurred including administration and credit card fees that we are charged when debiting your card and have to pay again when we issue a refund. Bookings canceled within 24 hours of the rental start time will not be refunded.

Damage to equipment

When ordering from Yellow Scooters Las Vegas you agree to our booking terms and conditions, you are responsible for the rented equipment and are liable for loss or any damage. You agree to pay for any repairs and/or replacement parts unless you have purchased our accidental damage insurance. You are responsibility for the replacement of any loss or stolen equipment or parts.
